Advance Foam Limited (AFL) is a family owned business established in 1983 and is the largest producer of Bedding and Flexible Polyurethane Foam products in the Caribbean region. The factory occupies 160,000 sq ft of building space sitting on 5 acres of land, located just 5 minutes from our International Airport in Piarco, 2 minutes from the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean and walking distance to the Millennium golf course and 10 minutes on either side of our two universities.

AFL offers Polyurethane Foam products cut to size, as well as un-quilted and quilted foam mattresses. In 1994 we became the Caribbean licensee for the prestigious Serta Brand of from the USA. Since then Serta has grown to become the number one Mattress Brand in the Caribbean. Our Serta Brand is the number one brand in the Caribbean Hospitality sector, with accounts like The Hilton, Wyndham, Hyatt, Crowne Plaza etc.

In 2008 the Company was awarded a second International Licence by Therapedic International for most of the Caribbean Islands.

AFL is governed by a Board of Directors with two external board members and led by an external Chief Executive Officer and two family members as executive directors
